In regards to this board ... I have been an analyst since the 70's ...
I do an F/T study of strong potential pink & otcbb companies based on standard market value using public & private information along with conversations with the company ... for example .. A/S, O/S, Float, Assets, Liab, Equity, Book, Cash, Rev, Net, EPS, P/E ... etc etc ....
Being pink sheet & otcbb I then take strong consideration into speculation of product & sector with potential revenue growth & net margin which includes a study of a company being self funded or the need of funding going forward which may include equity dilution for a temporary setback in pps ... In consideration of these factors one can determine investment entry levels if the product has a strong market potential for future growth ....
For example SQUM has a very strong potential speculation product line with biometrics along with business dealing with strong companies to support their product line like B&D Weiser & CKYS & Davenport ... SQUM has had to go into equity funding going forward with the product line & business dealings that may give them a slight setback for the wise investor to advantage in the market ... I expect the SQUM 10Q coming forward on 11/15/06 to be a basis of this determination which in expectations by PR's should be moving forward into a more profitable situation within the next 3 mths of business activity if costs and profit sharing business deals with manufactures stay in line with expectations ....
Once it reaches this boards near term 3mth ( 8 ~ 10 ) rating of potential 80% ~ 100% pps gains it may be highlighted as CKYS & RLTR have been ....
I am stricter than most on pink & otcbb investments and do not follow a crowd with a temporary popular entrapping investment rather I procure to invest in a company before crowd popularity based on strong product speculation along with standard fundamental & technical (F/T) aspects of the market ... with these factors in place on a usual basis investors come forward to move a stocks pps % upward at a rate of 70% to 90% of the time without too much publicity due to the high level of online intellectual investors nowadays .....
This board is new and based on F/T DD .... It has a lot of Board Marks in a very short time period in regards to investors DD research in determination of a stocks market value going forward near term ... Rather this message board seems not very active as a site for minute by minute activity of the market ... I personally do a lot of PM DD research in private with friends & investor colleagues in determination of an investment value .....
The CTXI microcar is very interesting ... Looks kinda cute & economical ... May make it as a very good US & Euro city car ... I wonder alittle on the company thou ... Still doing DD on them .... I have a call into the company for weeks now with no response ... Its alwas leave a message and he is outa the office ... I wonder if they are funding now with equity dilution going forward ...
For example it surprised me how much dilution ETIM had going forward in such a short time period ....
CTXI is on watchlist over product speculation yet has not passed this boards rating of ( 8 ~ 10 ) yet but is under study for potential highlighting ....
