Btw.. third party verification via partnership and money in the coffers will bring big money and institutions which will enable us to get off this exchange.
But make no mistake.. the OTC is not a "true" voting mechanism for a company's fair value.
There is a disconnect between share price and what this company is worth
Imo the risk is we don't get a partnership and due to the artificially low share price raising funds will hurt current shareholders.
