True but it could harm shareholders value temporarily and that would lose him many investors unless he get's news out before Mondays open of a FS coming right after.. Not me and the ones who have done our DD but panic penny stock traders. I think he may rethink this now.

I'm not defending these guys (the company) at all right now however it is a reverse ipo which is a lot quicker for listing purposes
