"A company may not issue more stock than authorized. If the company wants to issue more stock, it must petition the state in which it is incorporated for an increase in the number of authorized shares. Think of those heavy BLOCKs that were purchased on Thursday and Friday... Esp Friday morning 500k Blocks were getting eaten like slurping jelly... Why and who was buying those BLOCKs despite the fact RS news was rolling since Thursday noon onwards... Major part of this play is still unknown.... Huge accumulation in early 009s.... many 500k, 87s block got eaten in micro seconds...
