Edibles are already legal in FL, but the FL DOH has failed to get the guidelines together. That will change once the new Governor and other elected officials take over next week.
"Edible products, while permitted by state law, are not yet available in Florida because regulations have not been finalized by the Department of Health."
So no legislation is required for edible, it's already legal. Get with the program Florida.
