NO Reason for Chapter 11. As far as we know, old CEO stole 80k. ( 8K filling). You CANNOT do chapter 11 because of 80K. Friends, enemies ,pawn shop, nail shop, any check cashing will loan out such a small amount to FTWS/TOP UBER competitor in·stant·ly! without a word!. If chapter 11, most likely has nothing to do with money in this case.
