How else to anyone in business get money to start a business....Loans. There aren't many business owners that didn't start by taking out risky loans. The only difference here is that the CEO use shareholders money, which is the whole point of publicly owned company.
Some of the terms of past loans may not be idea but the main thing is that we have moved into a new phase of this project. Contracts are being reviewed and may be signed as soon as next week...FACT
