They either have some shorts to cover or they feel the need to accumulate more shares before they turn it lose or just no buying pressure in which don’t believe this is the case.
I have compared the PAIM charts with this pattern and the way PAIV acted before they had the Hugh run and they have similarities in the patterns. Look at the periods between June and July before the run it PAIV accumulated for several weeks. PAIM has been steady through October into November.
