I thought the same thing. It is listed as woodbrook Group Hldgs Inc Com (NSDQ).

So does this mean the projected uplisting ain’t gonna happen?

This article from Dec 29 says otherwise, its gearing up to be listed on Nasdaq:

"Waterford man Michael Doherty is gearing up to list Woodbrook Group, the financial services company he founded, on the Nasdaq Stock Market."
