They are the very ones that built WMI's safety deposit box/vault(SPE's) and made all the deposits to it

Dmdmd, If these claims are about 'Escrow shares', do we know how many shares that might be involved?

How exactly would they do that? You CANNOT give away titled property. If they have some value or shares or ownership RIGHTS that they want to transfer away but value or title rights cannot be infringed on afternthe fact. You cannot simply give away %'s of other peoples money. Can't happen, ever. Chain of title.
