Yes they can post some great news and then let it run up without these big trades near the end of the day. Do this for week or two and give this thing the confidence it needs and then start selling again. Instead they put out a PR and the PPS stays the same for a few days and then goes down a bit.
Again I guess if these guys are being greedy they sure don't know how to do it the right way.
