Well stated Rifle! I believe we will get a reaponse from NASDAQ in Jan. If we get uplisted....ohhh baby I cant wait! If we get rejected we will likely fall below $3.

I dont see how we could get rejected...they would have already done so. Lets see how Q1 2019 plays out!!!

The FDA statement if you stop and think about is really a positive thing. CVSI is the only company that has invested any money in the science and toxicology of their product line.

The FDA has thrown up a nice roadblock for CVSI That competition has to deal with NOT CVSI. The negatives are in hiding about this very issue simply stating GUT feelings. I'll take the law every time over the agenda.

Our company also sends out a separate pdf on every order with the billing telling you the medical warning things it can and cant do. Not all companies do that .
