I was a huge Beatles fan back then as well. As you know, I still enjoy their music as well as most others, with some exceptions. My parents built this house in 1955, when I was 2. It was heavily damaged by fire in 1982 and got a major makeover at that time. So this place has been in family for over 60 years. Now that parents are both gone, and none of us sons want to buy it, it must be sold. I desire to go back to East Tennessee to be with my 2 kids where I lived for almost 30 years. I'm just a caretaker here until that happens.
Until then, I just keep eye on CYTR and throwing money at it. I added another 700 shares at .3805 just moments ago giving me an even 25K shares at avg pps of $1.55. While CYTR may turn out to be the "Mother Lode" we all hope for, I'm preparing for something less, just in case. Looks like we'll definitely be heading into 1Q19, and maybe longer before we're able to build/buy our new homes. How big and fancy depends entirely on SK, Soon and the BP deal. I'd just as soon wake up one day and find out CYTR belongs to someone else in it's entirety. Just like this house I'm trying to sell. Here one day, sold the next.Until then, we remain "The Outsiders" waiting, hoping and praying for the best.
GLTY and all CYTR SH's!
