What I find hard to understand is the high standards pro140 has to meet. It has already shown effectiveness and safety in other trials. Other drugs get bought out with less data and less compelling effectiveness, sometimes to be discovered after the deal is done that the drug is not as hoped, even total failures. Weather the FDA trial details meets the specifics the FDA asks for etc does not change what is already known from past trials. The tipping point or attractiveness to investors should have already happened and this should be building on that. the complete failure to build a financial foundation beyond Paulson is costing us dearly. I really hope that from the inside looking out, our situation is much better. Nader did not give me confidence that he has solutions to the SP and funding situation. The VC firms and BP can't just be waiting for even more data - something else is going on. My guess is the discussions involve a big gap between what CYDY thinks they have and what VC and BP is willing to pay. The SP is completely mis-managed.
