The person who wrote that article is totally wrong even with the evidence right in front of their eyes. They have 20 billion authorized shares but the OUTSTANDING shares are 2.5 billion. Hopefully you know what the difference is. Because the author of that article doesn’t. Anyways the fact that they haven’t tried to sell all those is a relatively good sign.
