E was put on because they filed a deficient and late 10k.

E was removed because the 2nd 10k/a had the auditor's statement.

Different issue, les. The E lift is automatic on filing. The filings are not gone over by the sec. Choose to remain ignorant if you wish. The suspension was based on the bogus filing, among other things like predicting a future price and lying claims of a reset.
