All these characters are "good to use" and "kept in check" thru BLACKMAIL as how MOST "Politicians" are controlled. Once their usefulness runs out then " see ya in jail for your crimes" or "see ya in jail and 'thanks for taking one for the team'" (and this one is really an eye opener because the evilest still run around) or "see ya in another life brotha"-witness the one who committed suicide. What a sad, sorry and ptiful existence these persons must lead!! To have done things and now being BLACKMAILED INTO COMPLIANCE!!! Sad sad sad!
