I do have the service. I signed up when I bought stock many months ago. I have had 5 items sitting in my queue since last week. I had to send them three messages telling them to take and item out of out list that I had returned two weeks ago. I sent it the same day as another item, and only once checked in. Mind you the The Distribution center is two towns away. I constantly send back items only to have to wait and wait for them to send me something back.
Not to mention they only have 11,800 subs, so yes when they get this right, and make some PROFIT on their core business, then you branch into other businesses.
