It's going to take the same amount of time. They still havent even filed with the SEC in order to even apply to Nassdaq and that's even if they meet the requirements which I dont think they do.

A reverse split is very likely if he wants to sell stock and raise $40M as he stated. He'll have to essentially wipe the old shareholders off the books, it wasn't his fault they lost out on NHPI's former business, and he'd want the ability to receive the full value of the company's A/S offered for sale.

Of course, the first step is to submit some real financial reports. Any stock sale will require them. That will be the first look behind the curtain of relentless fluffy press releases.
