I believe the only reason it could reach .08-.10 level with limited volume was that people who have a brokerage account with canadian broker lost already their shares weeks ago.

So i think it´s already adjusted because many could not sell and this was the reason it could go up from .002 to $.10.

Management will issue new shares, probably around 50m, then they will release a merger. Not sure when this will happen. I would not be too excited, this shell has not the best past.

It´s a shell, as long it´s a shell i don´t see a reason for much higher pps. Fair pps is .15-.50.

But someone manipulated the share price last weeks/months. Some people noticed it, so they will try again.
But there is nothing which deserves a pps of $1 or dollars visible. I´m sure they will try again. But it will come back down as long nothing is released.

Another problem here is that they will probably dilute.

I talked also with Janice, you all should do something. This transaction was not handled correct. She will maybe comment later.

It depends who tries to manipulate it. AREC was .60, manipulated up to $13 with 2m o/s, some stocks manipulated up to 40-$80 (SECI, UBIA...) or even hundred dollars (crypto stocks), but with all stocks which reached higher levels at least something was visible. It did not happen in the moment they were shell stocks.

I cannot predict what will happen next week. In my opinion as long it´s a shell it should not trade much higher.

Most sec filer shell stocks have 200k-1m market cap. Here i also could imagine if there is a good plan that canadian insiders buy it up before it´s released.

I don´t like to predict what happens with pps, because with low floater anything is possible and i have no idea who tries to manipulate the share price. I can only say what fair pps/market cap is as long it´s a shell.
