I can't imagine people who are getting ready to retire and were relying on their 401Ks.

The Dow was at 18,873.6 the day after Trump was elected.

It is currently 22,445.37.

I'd say thus far they have fared quite well. Oil is at $45 a barrel, so Energy stocks are down. Good or bad? Your choice, but I like cheaper oil.

TECH stocks are way over valued, much like they were during the last Tech Bubble.

And yes. The trade war with China has it's impact. But that will be resolved, as it clear that China wants that to happen.

Investing is not a day to day thing. Still up 19%. And will recover when the trade war ends and the FED quits raising interest rates to slow a booming economy.
