It’s not so much the withdrawal from Syria that bothers many people. It’s the fact that he does things like this on his own without discussing it with the people who know exactly what is going on.
Let me see. Viet Nam? Bay of Pigs? Weapons of Mass Destruction (Iraq). You mean those people? You mean the guys who like to try out their new toys and load their chests with ribbons and medals, while our sons and daughters pay the price? What happened to the liberals? I remember when they were against all wars. And now they are defending the generals and defense contractors? They want Trump to listen to France, Germany and England, that have no troops on the ground over there? They want us out of Yemen (where at least the Saudi's are fighting with us), where Iran is the instigator of war there, but want us to stand up to Iran in Syria? And to listen to those that have failed after 17 years to end the war in Afghanistan?
Perhaps it is time to stop listening to those that have failed. Don't you think?
