You are sort of conflating two different things. Consensual fucking around and non-consensual abuse. Trump bragged on tape about physically grabbing women "just because he could". That is not okay, and never has been.
Before you go off on bill's stuff... Bill got hummers consensualy from a woman with whom he had a major power imbalance, but who in the world is on an equal footing of power with a president, what did you expect, an affair with Margaret Thatcher? Of course other rumors abound, but if you want to go with bill rumors then you must accept the pee tape stuff as on the same footing.
Your thing about it being common in certain social circles does not cut it. Anyone can be a masher or a boor sexually. The only difference is the ability to defend it. I imagine there is some relationship between huge egos (politicians in general) and acting out sexually, but this isn't some other time or era, it is now, and trump is allowed to lie about his affairs in public and most of his base just laps it up liked used hooker piss. Clinton got impeached for lying. So you want to go down that equivalency trail?
