BLDV closed at .0006 on 12/12--vol 24 mil only to fizzle again. It hasn't seen .0007-.0008 since early October.

Mind you, when Alper posted "BLDV Client wins License in Virginia" on 09/26/2018 it closed at .001 on 123 mil volume followed by a close of .0012 on 67 mil vol the next day. The day after it fell to .0008 --33% higher than where it sits today (at .0006)
