Of course he is. Obama, as well as Democrats, consider the White House as the "Big House" of their plantation. You should read "Death of a Nation" by Dinesh D'Souza. It explains how the Democrats for years have used taxpayer money to keep ethnic minorities dependent and despondent, to maintain a political constituency.
Also explains the fairytale of Republicans as "White Supremacists". And the fallacy of Democrats switching to the Republican Party in the 60's. A very interesting and informative narrative on the idea of the national plantation, built from the Southern Plantations, prior to the Civil War.
