Well...nothing is easy....I guess the wrong word, but in comparison to the pinkies, IMO, it is easier. I just watch for, like manysevens said, <20 buy and >80 sell but another thing to look for is divergance and convergance of the RSI(2) and OBV. You can look at daily and hourly charts to help make your decision. Use that along with your candlestick methods and it is usually a pretty good tool to determine where a stock will go the next day. Only use on the Big Boards though. Of course news will throw that off one way or the other.
