...my only concern with the TS is:

They're not required to disclose the status (failure) based on wording. So if the TS is no longer active (which I'm suspect-of), then Leo's planning to go this alone.

Since the initial term sheet is still in place, my SWAG is the " big Pharmaceutical company" was waiting for the Prurisol results and the EOP 2 meeting to assess the final value and offer before they finalize the agreement. I suspect we will hear something soon.

Was it stated that the original term sheet is still in effect? Didn't catch that .
Disappointing day on the P front but Leo did state a while ago that was the wildcard of the three.
Probability of all three succeeding very low although we all hoped.
Many invested primarily for B which seems very much alive although share price on life support.
Better chance of B success then any other time in company history as we keep moving the chains.
Good chance of partnership/sale for B platform IMO although it will not be for the inflated prices many suggested.

could it be the company that is manufacturing the packets for B-)M. didn't the SH letter say the company doing the manufacturing also was noted for launching new drugs?

The term sheet is likely still in place; nothing in the EOP2 meeting outcome would turn off a BP partner. And the company has never said anything about P being a factor in the B deal, nor would it be.

A deal is likely, unless the company was misleading investors. I do not believe that is the case.
