Inconsequential??? Many investors lost tens of thousands of dollars while KB took $119k from GPL Ventures and let GPL Ventures dilute the stock and kill shareholder value.

Everyone agrees KB is still in charge. Why would KB still be in charge after she let GPL Ventures dilute the stock and kill the stock price?
