I'm not saying it's dilution. Dilution would be increasing the O/S. The shares I am referring to have ready been accounted for in the O/S. Just been held by those individuals that were given the shares for services to UATG. They are probably the ones selling at these low prices. They need cash and they have no real cost basis to them since they were gifted to them in exchange for services/labor.
You need much more than 1% new equity to be placed into market to drop the stock by a factor of 3. UATG has less than 1% left in its A/S to even make available. December is not the month to draw projections on in any company especially one on the pinks. January will be a different story and one that paints a much more reliable picture.
