In India there are no LLC companies there may be limited liability partnership companies ( I am not 100% sure) but they do have Pvt Ltd and Ltd for private limited and public limited companies.

So what is this new AMTRONICS LLC? Is it an Indian company or American company? there seem to be a company already exists in USA with same name. Can we have 2 companies with same name if it is an American company?
