OT. Not sure who you're referring to as "fearless leaders" but only Matt can issue bans. MrFence was banned after he took exception to his personal attacks on kenco being deleted, and made some rather ridiculous accusations against the board moderators. Something to the effect that we were conspiring to bring the company down.
masha, I had talked about the reason for the ban to Mr. Fence and while he did not liked it was understood. I too believe that second chances are often granted through out societal applications for discretions. It is however up to Mr. Fence to communicate with Matt to see if a lifting of the ban is possible.
