I am well aware of his "credentials."

With all of the shenanigans of past management, he wasn't terribly effective in his capacity or was so situationally unaware that he was blind to his master's behaviour.

This, of course, is just my opinion and based upon my personal dealings with the SEC in the referenced matter.
