NHPI can easily run to dollars ahead with this SS I have been in many of them that have with more shares! None had as much as this massive merger into NHPI has. None over my last 30 plus years since I began dabbling in penny stocks after I retired from handling real investments. I still mostly only do big boards etc. I have been in the top gaining penny stocks in history and never saw a single merger that compared to this one. This is 1000 times bigger than any by far.
They did a share buyback this spring! Who knows they might retire more shares still, Im sure Mike Doherty knows exactly what he is doing to get his company to NASDAQ! Biggest RM in history, and led by someone who has been around the world, not just the block!! jmo xi
