exactly but I think they are giving everybody what is rightfully owed to them to speed up the process and make them cover with what WE decide we want for them.

That's exactly right! I am only selling about 3% of what I have to start with, just for the cash. After that I hold for incrementally higher prices and will keep at least 60% for the long-term.
