Take for example their $350mm concrete contract. "Ramada General Contracting is paying an average of USD $50.00 per metric ton. The deal produces yearly revenues of USD $350,000,000" it was DD'd and scoped out that a ton cost 45 usd and was being sold for 50 usd. that's a margin of 10%+ and I'm sure we could get it cheaper due to the quantity being purchased.

I would believe it is the arab connection, family, tribal etc. is it. You or I coun't make these deals and charge that percentage. Reliablity, loyality, honesty, take a long time to build and you don't do it over night and that is why they are looking for small company's who have been in business and built up these friendships.
