I did look at the sec complaint.

Fact: the complaint is against someone who doesn’t hold a position at Woodbrook Group.

Fact: NHPI is the target of a reverse merger of the Woodbrook Group and no other entity.

Fact: the sec complaint was literally a Slap on the wrist and not consequential.

Fact: the person with the complaint has lead a successful business career since the complaint and has even been the subject of a times magazine cover article since...
