Just a belated "welcome". Glad to read another realist's posts here. With gregs, RetiredEE, and hopefully other honest and experienced people from the industry lurking and posting as necessary, you and Tim and Chipwa and others will keep the traffic in line.
That this is an investment game should be obvious. But what we may have here is a vast community of sycophants sponsoring sophistry and defending the perpetrators of the deception.
While I have no doubts that Jim is a San Jose area attorney, I don't have to buy into his accolades for RaySpoiltMyInvestment to appreciate his willingness to post here and take the abuses he so richly deserves. Since I have no way of verifying your professed credentials, we will enjoy reading your posts and measuring them against standards of credulity.
There are about a dozen or so realists who post here. We are in the minority, but since we probably have truth on our side, we can post here with confidence that:
1. RaySpoiltMyInvestment has a high probability of being an investment game.
2. Persistence dilution is the rule as they peddle highly-discounted wallpaper to bring in the financial resources.
3. Da Boyz over-promise and under-deliver and have a record of no proven (independently verifiable} technology, no product, no orders, no sales, no revenue, no income, no profits.
4. They probably have or had a Guaranteed Level Investment Plan/Program to establish a loyal following who have a no-risk base.
5. Deception since Inception is a slogan coined by me based upon poster Halston's insightful conclusions.
