Maybe because he might have published an unflattering article about Embarq/Cupria/doggie-poopria just as John Leyden did in a British engineering journal in 2001 following the Lucent proof-of-concept laboratory testing of Cu@OCx (that was the New Wheel disruptive technology that Da Boyz bought as a pig in a poke) that exposed the non-real world aspects of that exercise in deception. Just IMHO.
