Wrong but good try. A Motion has two outcomes. Sustained Or Denied. When it is sustained, that means the motion writer won. And when all 39 affirmative defenses were tossed, it’s called a wipeout and they call an end to it on the mercy rule. So yes Maciora won and it was a wipeout. Also, when a judge sentenced Fast Eddie to jail, that means Fast Eddie is a convict so that means the person who you are saying is wrong is right and showed great skill when he branded Fast Eddie a CONVICT. Any questions?

Unless of course you would like to tell the board that Fast Eddie was not sentenced to jail which means he is CONVICT-ED

Ken Maciora WON his motion for demurrer. Currently there is NO case against Maciora and no pending Answer making any claims against him.

Those are the FACTS. If CONvictEd tries to file a new Answer (IF he does, which would be a waste of munny and court resources), then MAYBE CONvictEd can have pending claims against Maciora.

Butt Ken will prolly file another demurrer and it will likely be granted again.

In any case, KEN MACIORA WON his demurrer motion, and now there are no claims against him.

There were many loud claims that this wood never happen, yett it did and Kenny WON on all points of his demurrer motion.

In fact, he WON bigly and every claim in the now-defunct Answer was shitcanned by DaJudge without prejudice. 100 percent VICTORY for Kennyboi.

Now CONvictEd can pay more munny to his CONstruction lawyah and try another failed Answer by December 17th - if CONvictEd is stoopid enuff to do that - likely from his jail cell by then.
