Come on man. They were over .04 cents a few years back on nothing but hype ( from buyers ) and speculation. They actually have tangible things going on and if they can close on the deals and follow through on plans .02 should be easy peasey. I am not sure they can get it together but they may surprise us all and one day actually complete something.
