Doesn't transatlantic have the 41million dollar asset deal that the bangi speculation was based on? If 2 totally seperate things then what the catch on bangi? I thought that was the whole spec here. I was posting the other stuff because its led by real estate guys looking to do the same exact thing. Just trying to get a grasp on both plays and which might prevail in execution cause I love the idea
