No one is shorting ONCI - most brokerages would not even permit it. Check with your brokerage and find out. TRY to short even 100 shares and see what happens...they won't take the order.
And, of course, WHY would ANYONE short a stock that is at the verge of taking off???
Charts are meaningless in pink sheets - the stock price varies with news, pumps and bashers, so the price is not 'related' to any activity, which is why it bounces around all the time.
