Because Brian, sadly there was never any “deal” as we both know.. just another scam tactic to pump up the price which later, he took advantage of by dumping shares , filling his pockets and scamming his investors.
There is one conciliatory ray of light out of all this: the market has caught on and that’s why there is no interest. As another investor stated: if the big boys were interested , they would be in and we would see it. There is no interest at all as the pps so clearly reflects. Hopefully this will keep newbies from getting taken.
