Office Address -> Not occupied by Arias

Telephone -> Not in service

Website -> Gone and GoDaddy offering the domain for sale

eMail -> No response

Ufly App Demo Video -> Pulled at Vimeo for copyright infringement

SEC Filings -> 10Q due 11/15 now late, no NT filed either

CEO resigned with SEC investigation leaving the CTO in charge
(it was just the 2 guys)

Not sure where that leaves it other than another abandon darkie.
With no filing made the yield sign will turn into a stop sign and they go from pink to grey.

bummer.
