On the contrary, the statements say the opposite.

BIOAQ has been liquidated. The Corporate will be dissolved at the conclusion of the bankruptcy.

All remaining unpaid debts will be expunged, and the equity cancelled.

BIOAQ will cease to exist. That is what happens in a liquidation.

The USA court did not write any documents, they merely approved / signed off on what was submitted from Canada.
