Plus he didnt "buy" those shares, they were given to him. Much like Xanadu said, he has so much in everything else I dont think it is on his priority list.

please if it means 8 million dollar at only .02 cent I think he is. give me a break. why is he opening distribution center, making deals with companies and marketing so heavy lately? for fun? or to drive the business and in turn the stock.

man I just dont know why some of you hang on when you are so negative about the company. man sell and make your life easier

and the majority of his shares are free and presumably would not be effected by a RS....those of you thinking it won't get any worse and will ride this out and will get money back sooner or later....imagine a 1:50 RS once all those SB-2A shares are sold into the float....what will you have left then....

and for those of you who state that won't happen....yeah right....watch and see....and I don't think it will only occur under favorable conditions any longer either!
