Look, at $1.04 per share you may want to consider your disparaging remarks very carefully. Do you consider GTCB a sell at this point or not?

The LFB was more than just a simple financing deal, so it is unjust to characterize the statement of "no further financing" as misleading of the company? BTW, did they make any such promises? I don't recall they did.

Unfortunately, there seems to be a downward pressure on GTC, which I think will take it down to 80 to 90 cents by feb 07, unless there is news that will add revenue to GTC. I think investors see GTC as a hold right now. No major revenue increase until at least 2008, so why leave your money in a stock that will remain flat for 2 years when you can make money somewhere else in the meantime? I don't expect GTC to do anything exciting until at least end of phase ii on dic trials in europe.

On the other hand, having 54 million in cash and mkt securities and oly having a mkt cap of 77 million does seem a "tad" bit undervalued.
