When one owns shares and feels like they are being lied to by their leader, they get more than a little upset.

Because they may have duped into buying shares based on BS press releases, and then the pps dropped so dramatically shareholders are stuck and frustrated. For instance, even in the stock run up to .60 pennies a couple years ago Bozo Berman failed to report that DECN was unable to be audited. That in itself is a price per share killer.
