You really think the INUV buyout is legit? Stock was trading around .40 when they announced they were being acquired for $2.22. That doesn't sound too good to be true? Why would anyone acquire a struggling company like INUV (revenues declining, losses increasing, weak balance sheet) at such a massive premium? Even if they wanted the company, they could have gotten it for a fraction of that price. Doesn't make any sense.
