Where is this PR stating Rushnet is raising over 50 million dollars in an IPO ? I have never seen any such thing & I doubt anyone else has. How can they issue an IPO when they have NOTHING !
my evidence is L2 and the price action. From what I can tell MAXM is the culprit.
O.k. they stated there WERE no convertible notes. Perhaps that was true prior to that statement. That doesn't mean CONVERTIBLES were not issued after that aka. the acquisitions as of late.
They are paying in shares, no? The endorsee(s) are being paid in what?.....shares.
It looks to me that some of those notes may be hitting the market. Technically when we broke support in the low 0.002's RSHN has been trading funny and MAXM has been on the ASK with the dreaded 10,000 lot.
Oh and combined with the fact that NITE owns BILLIONS of shares and just sell to itself on the BID to further drive this down (NITE is SHORT)...
